Welcome to my country farm.
You are in the middle of Ries. When the weather is good you can see the Riesberge all around.
Our village is located in a triangle between Oettingen (princely town, Oettinger beer), Nördlingen's historic city center, completely preserved city wall that can be walked, and Wemding (Maria Brünnlein basilica).
Our sports and leisure facilities are in Oberdorf, then further into St. Veitstraße then down along the Wörnitz, here you will find the sports, tennis, games and swimming area.
At the beginning of the town is the riding club's riding facility, the shooting range with shooting ranges, and you can also purchase fishing licenses on site.
Do you want to rent bikes? Then I have to ask as soon as possible whether rental bikes are available. Please let me know what you would like.
There are many paved farm paths around the village that you can use for walking, jogging, Nordic walking and cycling.
We have two Protestant churches, St Moritz and St. Veit, St. Veit is mainly used by Catholics.
You can shop in the towns, Oettingen is approx. 7 km away, Nördlingen and Wemding 15 km away

    Our village is located in the Ries almost exactly in the middle between Nördlingen with the entire city wall, Wemding with the Maria Brünnlein basilica and Oettingen with the castle and the well-known Oettingen Bier brewery.
    We are a large community made up of three small towns. We are a very long village that stretches one and a half kilometers along the Wörnitz. The village is located away from major traffic routes, our street goes through the center of the town, which is rarely used except on days when football is being played on the sports field or there is an event in the “Stadl”.
    The Wörnitz is a few meters from our house and can be easily reached via a small alley that runs right next to our property.
    Our shopping options
    We have a gas station that offers magazines, sweets and tobacco products. A baker who also sells butter, yogurt, sausage and more. Our in-house butcher sells canned sausage. Drinks are available at Drinks König.
    Health and relaxation
    (here you should be able to click on links on their homepage) Karin Neupert, a herbal guide, Angelika Hertle, a massage practitioner, Simone Angerer, a beautician are all here who can contribute to a healthy and relaxed stay.
    Our gastronomy
    There are restaurants in Holzkirchen and Fessenheim, and it is also possible to choose from a small menu in the Schützenhaus or the sports center. Unfortunately the opening times are very limited.
