Parking spaces marked out by hedges on gravel lawns directly on the Weser opposite the historic old town of Höxter. From the motorhome you can see the backdrop of the city on the other bank of the Weser.
In just 5 minutes you are in the middle of the pedestrian zone with its shops, historic buildings and cafes.
The parking space offers you a supply and final supply station as well as electricity columns. From Easter to the autumn holidays, we offer you a daily bread roll and newspaper service: We deliver the fresh rolls to your “front door”. We exchange gas bottles and deliver them to the motorhome.
The place is ideal as a starting point for your discovery tours by bike along the Weser. Corvey Castle, Fürstenberg Castle and other attractions can be found in the immediate vicinity. And in the evening, at the end of the day, you will find well-kept inns and restaurants in Höxter.

    Lage perfekt, Sanitärräume verbesserungswürdig

    Lage des Stellplatzes könnte nicht besser sein, alles Fußläufig erreichbar.
    Container als Sanitärräume, Toilette, Dusche in einem Raum und nur zwei Stück für ca. 60 Stellplätze.
    Nicht wirklich sauber.

    Hallo Johannes,
    unsere Sanitäranlagen auf dem Stellplatz sehen wir als ein Zusatzangebot an, da ja jedes Wohnmobil autark ist. Wer mehr und umfangreichere Sanitäranlagen benötigt, kann gerne bei uns in Höxter auf dem Campingplatz übernachten.
    Die Sanitäranlagen werden mindestens ein mal täglich gereinigt. Bei einer Vollauslastung des Stellplatzes kann es aber gelegentlich vorkommen, dass die Sanitäranlagen nicht so sauber hinterlassen werden, wie man sie selber gerne vorfinden möchte.

    Overall impression

    Sehr schön

    Wir kommen jedes Jahr mindestens 1x nach Höxter und stehen hier auf diesem Platz. Es ist alles da was man braucht, parzellierte, ebene Stellplätze, Stromanschlüsse, V+E, nur 10 Min. zu Fuß in die Innenstadt von Höxter, die sehr schön zum Bummeln und Eis essen einlädt. Direkt an der Weser gelegen mit Fahrradwegen z. B. nach Schloß Corvey oder zur nahe gelegene Godelheimer Seenplatte mit Freizeitangeboten. Die Brötchen werden morgens früh von einem netten Platzwart ans Womo gehängt.
    Was will man mehr.

        • Die Duschen und Toiletten auf dem Womo-Stellplatz sind aktuell noch „Corona“ bedingt geschlossen bis mindestens zum 06.06.21 Ob die öffentliche Toilette auf dem PKW-Parkplatz Floßplatz geöffnet ist, müsste bei der Stadt Höxter erfragt werden.
