Overall impression
Nordküste Istrien - „Abseits“ von den üblichen Touristenorten
Toller Campsite, klein aber fein und sehr modern. Etwas teurer, dafür große Stellplätze, mit etwas Schatten. Nix für Ramba-Zamba-Party-Camper, eher wer die Ruhe will… Hochsaison am besten vorher reservieren (20 EUR Anzahlung). Sehr saubere Facilities, werden gefühlt stündlich gereinigt. Gutes WLAN. Die Eigentümer sind super freundlich und kümmern sich gerne um kleine und große Camper-Probleme. Der naheglegener Campsite hat einen kleinen Supermarkt. Ansonsten gibt es einen größeren Supermarkt am Ort. Viele Gute, typisch istrische Gaststätgten und Grlls.- eini paar auch mit gehobener Küche. Tolle Weine bei Degrassi Wines & Oli am Ort (mehrmals im Sommer Verkostungen). Die Region ist trotz Küstenlage noch nicht völlig dem Kommerz verfallen. Tolle Wanderung / Mountainbike-Tour z.B. zu den Salz-Salinen Secovlje / Sicciole (im Kroatisch-Slowenischen Niemandsland, Zugang nahe der alten Kroatischen Grenzstation, kleine Ausstellung, 7 EUR/p.P. - dient dem Erhalt der Kulturlandschaft). Oder die Nordküste erkunden und sich einmal fett beim neuen Kempinsika-Hotel in die Stand-Bar fleetzen und mit den schnöseligen Wienern über den besten istrischen Wein „fachsimpeln“ ;-) ).
