Description of the environment:
The young community is named after the Salzhaff, a bay in the Baltic Sea that is separated from the open sea by the Wustrow peninsula. A little inland from the flat southeastern shore of the Salzhaff lies the community of Am Salzhaff. It lies on the border with the Nordwestmecklenburg district and is 22 km away from the independent Hanseatic city of Wismar, which shines with its market square, the city history museum, the farmer's barn and the zoo. In the southwest of the municipality, the Scharberg, 1.5 km from the coast, reaches a height of 54 m above zero. The municipality of Am Salzhaff includes the districts of Klein Strömkendorf, Pepelow, Rakow and Teßmannsdorf.
Other sights include the hall house of a former barnyard in Pepelow (Dorfstraße 20), the von Restorff-Buschmühlen family manor house in Rakow, the Klein Strömkendorf manor house, the local history museum and the pier in Rerik, the island museum in Kirchdorf and the guest's house in Was in.

Leider komische Öffnungszeiten der Imbiss nur von 12-16 Uhr lag es an der Pandemie ? Und leider wenig Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Wir waren gestern für eine Nacht hier. Schöner Platz, ruhig und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Hundefreundlich , man kann direkt auf das große Feld gegenüber. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Immer wieder gerne!
Wir wollten Ende Oktober mal einen Ausflug an das schöne Salzhaff an der Ostseeküste machen und sind dabei auf diesen Campingplatz gestoßen. Schon die riesige Empfangshalle hat uns fasziniert, in der wir dann auch sehr freundlich empfangen wurden. Nach unseren Wünschen wurde uns dann ein passender Platz auf dem Wohnmobilstellplatz zugewiesen, welcher viel Platz bot und leicht zu befahren war. Durch den günstigen Preis von 12€ pro Nacht inklusive 2 Personen und unserem Hund, konnten wir unseren Urlaub dort sogar noch etwas verlängern und auch mal in der Gaststätte, die sich neben der Rezeption befindet, essen gehen. Alles in allem ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut und wir würden gerne immer wiederkommen.

kann man im November 20 anreisen und übernachten

Sehr geehrte Frau H. leider sind in Mecklenburg - Vorpommern im November keine touristischen Übernachtungen erlaubt. Diese Regelung gilt auch für unseren Stellplatz.
