Port and home for all motorhomes
On the edge of the extensive Bad Windsheim spa park, in the immediate vicinity of the Franken-Therme, is the PhoeniX motorhome port, whose parking spaces are laid out on terraced levels.
As soon as construction began on the Franken-Therme, it was clear that Bad Windsheim would have a comfortable, spacious parking space for motorhomes in direct access. In times of tight municipal coffers, implementation was only possible with financial support from Bad Windsheim citizens and companies, which formed “Together for Success – Urban Development Bad Windsheim” GmbH & Co.KG under the management of the then First Mayor Wolfgang Eckardt. The company Schell Fahrzeugbau KG from Aschbach also got on board with the financing and thus gave the motorhome port its name.
We would like to emphasize: We see ourselves as a home for all motorhomes, all makes and sizes. We look forward to welcoming you as guests to our place.

- Description of the environment: There are several reasons to visit the Phoenix motorhome port in Bad Windsheim. On the one hand, there are the spacious parking spaces, which also offer plenty of space for large ships and make the entire area appear very open. There are five by ten meter paved parking spaces on two terraces. The wide driveways are asphalted. Reason number two: the Franken-Therme, which is directly in sight and will be discussed later. There is also the historic old town with its half-timbered houses and restaurants that encourage you to linger and stroll.

How to find us
From the A7 from the north or south, exit at the Bad Windsheim junction (No. 107). From there, follow the B 470 towards Bad Windsheim and the sign Franken-Therme. Access to the PhoeniX motorhome port is via the Franken-Therme car park (P6).
Be careful when entering the address “Bad Windsheimer Str. 7” in the navigation system! - Most navigation systems take you to the Külsheim district; if you come from the inner city ring, you have already driven past the parking space.

Toller Platz
Danke an Herrn u Frau Westphal, die trotz teilweise muffeliger Gäste stets freundlich und hilfsbereit diesen Platz zu einem gemütlichen Ort machen. Es gibt hier alles, was das Herz begehrt. Sogar waschm/Trockner sind vorhanden. Sauberkeit wird hier groß geschrieben. So mancher Gast na ja... und dennoch blitzt alles täglich. Unser Hund ist ebenfalls herzlich willkommen. Für ihn sind im Umland wunderbare Spaziergänge möglich. Wir haben das Unwetter hier verbracht. Dennoch hat es uns so gut gefallen, daß mehrer Tage aus der geplanten Durchreise geworden sind. Wir kommen gern wieder. Danke für diese Zeit.

mietung von einem mobilhome
Meine Freundin und ich haben für 4 Nächte ein Mobilhome angemietet. Von der Reservierung bis zur Abreise war alles total unkompliziert . Das Mobilhome toll ausgestattet. 2 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Betten, 2 Duschen und 2 Toiletten, Küche mit Esstisch und Stühlen und gemütliche Couch und Fernseher. Alles sehr sauber, Aussen befand sich eine grosse Terasse mit Tisch und Stühlen. Zur Therme waren es nur ein paar Gehminuten. Es war ein wunderschöner, preiswerter Aufenthalt. Familie Westphal sehr freundlich, wie gesagt alles sehr unkompliziert.

Sehr Freundliche Stellplatz Betreiber, alles auf dem Wohnmobilstellplatz vorhanden was man als Wohnmobilist benötigt, wenn ich so manche Beträge liest muss doch den Kopf Schütteln "" nur 1 Dusche ,nur 1 WC vorhanden "" Sorry es ist ein WOHNMOBILSTELLPLATZ ""

Toll bis auf die Öffnungszeiten der WCs
Der Stellplatz ist sauber und direkt neben der Therme, die Lage ist super. Der Kurpark ist nebenan und der Ort sehr hübsch. Leider sind die 2 Duschen und die 2 WCs nur von 9.00-17.30 geöffnet. Die WCs könnte man schon über Nacht offen lassen, zum Glück konnten wir die Toilette im WoMo unserer Freunde benutzen, unser Bulli hat keine.

Ich muss mich entschuldigen
Mit der freundlichen Begrüßung hat es leider nicht so ganz geklappt. Dafür möchte ich mich nachträglich entschuldigen. Ich kam aus der Nachtschicht und bin gleich nach Bad Windsheim gefahren mit dem Ziel, die Therme zu besuchen. Ich denke mal, die Freundlichkeit stand mir nicht im Gesicht. Kurz: Angemeldet, Stellplatz zugewiesen bekommen (natürlich wäre mir ein anderer lieber gewesen ), Mit den Hund im nahegelegenen und sehr schönen Kurpark Gassi gegangen, geschlafen und dann Therme besucht. Super Wanderwege, und die Innenstadt ist auch nicht weit weg. Essen in der Terme war gut, die männliche Bedienung sehr freundlich. Der Stellplatz ist schön angelegt, Sanitäreinrichtung ist vorhanden. (Ich habe sie allerdings nicht besucht, da ich ein Wohnmobil habe) Alles in Allem- ein super Wochenende!!
Negatives? Wenn man sucht findet man auch was. Naja- man muss zum Entsorgen des Mülls den Schlüssel holen.

Sehr zu empfehlen, alles sauber und gepflegt
sehr freundlicher Betreiber, einige Menschen regen sich auf weil nur jeweils 1 WC vorhanden ist, stimmt nicht es sind 4 WC !
und ausserdem hat vermutlich jeder Wohnmobilist ein WC in seinem Fahrzeug, also ein unmöglicher Kommentar!
Ich glaube die Menschen werden wie das Wetter immer komischer!

Die Familie Westphal heißt einen herzlich willkommen
Wir waren zum ersten Mal hier , um in die Therme zu gehen und waren von den sauberen Toiletten, der Dusche in dem platz begeistert
Ein Tipp ist das Restaurant drei Kronen in der Stadt, für den , der gutes und außergewöhnliches Essen zu schätzen weis.
Ein großer Dank an Fsm Westphal, wir kommen gerne wieder
