Bewertung

Zur Biathlon WM trotz Websiteangabe 25 Euro jetzt 35,-, das ist Abzocke. Skibox schöne Idee, aber Getränke viel zu teuer. Toiletten sehr dreckig, Fernseher im Aufenthaltsraum und einige Stromsäulen kaputt. Der ganze Platz hat leider Baustellencharakter. Öffnungszeiten während Biathlon WM sehr ungünstig, leider ist das Büro auch in dieser Zeit selten besetzt. Es war sehr glatt ohne Beleuchtung am Platz.
Es besteht hoher verbesserungsbedarf, denn es gibt mittlerweile sehr gute Stellplätze für weniger Geld. Trotz WM weniger ist manchmal mehr.

Sehr geehrte Frau H.,
jeder, der einen Stellplatz reserviert hat, bekam im Vorfeld einen Vertrag über die Konditionen zur WM.
Das diese zu einer WM höher sind als zu "normalen Zeiten" ist sicher verständlich, hier regelt die Nachfrage das Angebot. Ja, wir bauen gerade um, zum Wohle unserer Gäste. Die Toiletten-anlagen werden täglich gereinigt. 2 Stromsäulen waren tatsächlich nicht voll funktionstüchtig, aber per Hand regulierbar, was wir auch praktiziert haben. Der Platz war aufgrund der Wetterlage glatt, auch hier konnten wir durch Hilfe der SWG Oberhof Abhilfe schaffen, die mit Räum-und Streufahreugen den Platz gesalzen haben. Das Büro war täglich von 9- 14 Uhr besetzt. Während der Wettkämpfe war tatsächlich niemand direkt vor Ort, denn zu dieser Zeit waren auch keine Gäste am Platz. Telefonisch waren wir jederzeit zu erreichen. Unser mobiler (H)Eiswagen war täglich von 16 bis 20 Uhr geöffnet und die Skilounge ab 20.23 Uhr. Also, es war jeden Tag zu jeder relevanten Zeit jemand vor Ort, jeder Gast konnte zu jeder Zeit Wünsche oder Fragen loswerden. Auch Sie. Und jeder Gast hat die Wahl unseren Stellplatz zu nutzen oder nicht. Wir wünschen uns sehr, dass unsere Gäste, wenn ein Anliegen besteht, vor Ort auf uns zukommen, denn dann können wir sofort reagieren. Solche Kommentare bringen im Nachhinein leider nur wenig. Wo Wohnmobilisten mit Hunden gern gesehen werden!!!

Ich kann den Stellplatz nur empfehlen, für 10,00€ ein günstiger Stellplatz mit kostenloser Entsorgung, W-Lan, Aufenthaltsraum und top sauberer Toiletten. Toller Brötchenservice bis ans Wohnmobil. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Übermäßig teuer

Die Lage ist fantastisch, wenn in Oberhof Biathlon stattfindet, ist man schon fast mittendrin, aber das hat auch alles seinen Preis, 1 Wohnmobil, 2 Erwachsene + Kurtaxe sind mal eben locker 25€ weg, + Strom, + Wasser, + Entsorgung , da kommt was zusammen, zum Vergleich: auf dem Parkplatz nebenan kostet 1 PKW die Stunde nur 2€

Zwischenstop

Wir hatten hier einen Zwischenstop. Leider funktionierte die Anmeldung überhaupt nicht weder Anruf noch SMS noch WhatsApp. Strom gab es nur vom Automaten 1 kWh 0,50€. Das wäre nicht das Problem, aber der Automat nimmt nur 0,50€ Münzen. Bei Wasser und Abwasser genauso, haben wir nicht aus probiert. Der Platz ansonsten ruhig. Für uns aber kein Platz zum wohl fühlen.

Der Ortskern ist fußläufig zu erreichen, die Lage jedoch nah an der Durchgangsstraße von und nach Zella-Mehlis, für besonderes Ruhebedürftige eher nicht geeignet. Der Platz ist komplett asphaltiert.
Die Betreuung ist sehr nett und flexibel, Sanitärräume und Gemeinschaftsraum sehr sauber und gepflegt. Im Sommer sehr lehr.
