The Alz is 200m away.
From the square you have a view of fields and forest.
In the nearby EDEKA market you can have a wonderful breakfast and treat yourself in the morning. During the season the bakery is also open on Sundays.
In the town you will find various restaurants, a large beach, a Roman museum, the largest sailing harbor on Lake Chiemsee and not to forget, water sports of all kinds are possible on Lake Chiemsee.
The docking point for the steamer to the islands can be reached after a 10-minute walk.
There is also a beach on the Alz or you can continue on to Lake Chiemsee.
