300 meters from Chemnitz main station there are three parking spaces for mobile homes on the site of the listed former rectangular locomotive shed.

Construction work is currently being carried out on the site, which is why no services can officially be offered, although construction water, construction electricity, dry toilets and some bicycles are available.

    Directions

    From the center, drive out of town on the “Road of Nations”. Then turn right into Zöllnerstrasse. Before there you have to turn left after about 100 meters into Lerchenstrasse (the course of the road doesn't allow anything else). The rectangular locomotive shed is on the right side of the street. After the shed there is an old house and the driveway is just behind the house on the right. The house number 2 is written both on the house - although the sign is very small - and on the entrance gate.
