Starting point for countless hikes and bike tours on well-developed bike and bike paths. Cycle path along the Linth (river) along Linthal to Lake Walen. View of the Tödi. Recommendation: circular hike from the valley station with the Brunnenbergbahn Luchsingen (a 5-minute walk from the parking space) to the idyllic Oberblegisee, Alpwirtschaft Bächialp, further to the Braunwald sun terrace, with the funicular to Linthal train station, with the train to the Luchsingen starting point directly to Womo-Platz. The two waterfalls Diesbachfall and Berglistüber (Linthal) are nearby. Schwanden swimming pool on the bike path 3.5 km. Use of the public toilet at the train station (charges CFR 1.--). No supply or disposal, just rubbish. Electricity is included in the flat rate of CHF 25/30. Payment system payment slip + Twint. Grocery store VOLG 100 m away MON-SA 6 a.m.-8 p.m. Next disposal location Buchholz, Glarus.

Willkommen für Gäste sieht anders aus
Die Gebühr wurde per 2024 um 150 % auf CHF 25.--/Winter CHF 30.-- angeohoben. Eine Preissteigerung von 150 % ist reine Abzocke und zeigt fehlendes Verständnis für Feriengäste. Anfangs April war der Platz noch übersäht von Glasscherben. Da stelle ich meinen Camper bestimmt gerne darauf? Strom ist zwar schön, aber ohne Frischwasser, WC und Grauwasserentsorgung ist der Platz ungenügend.

Zum Stellplatz: Hinten der grüne Grasstreifen, vorne genügend Platz und Aussicht. Strom konnten wir spontan einstecken, Frischwasser als Idee über die Brücke, dort neben der Pferdeweide den Wasserhahn benützen. Auch die Bezahlung ist korrekt.

Schöne Aussicht auf die Berge (Tödi)
Ruhiger Stellplatz beim Bahnhof. Ausgangspunkt für Fahrrad- und Biketouren. Der Fluss Linth sorgt für eine beruhigende Stimmung. In der Nähe der der Talstation der Brunnenberg-Bahn, Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen nach Braunwald oder dem malerischen Oberblegisee.
