uncomplicated wastewater disposal. Toilet / disabled toilet in the foyer of the Kristall-Therme free of charge for parking space guests during opening hours.
The Kristall Saunatherme offers thermal brine healing water with a water temperature of 33 to 36 °C and brine concentrations of 1.5 to 12% in various indoor and outdoor pools, 6 themed saunas, up to 19 special infusions daily, a whirlpool, extensive massage and wellness treatments -Offers, restaurants, beer garden, monthly changing events and much more.
Cozy holiday apartments are located right next to the thermal baths.

Update ; am Platz wird gearbeitet
Vor etwa einem halben Jahr habe ich mich mit der Tourist Zentrale und dem Betreiber des Stellplatzes ( der auch die Kristall Therme heißer Brocken betreibt ) schriftlich ausgetauscht. Es wurde mir mitgeteilt das in der nächsten Zeit Arbeiten an den Stromsteelen , so wie an der V + E Station stattfinden sollen. Da wir am letzten Wochenende ( 05. - 07.04.24 ) dort waren, kann ich verkünden , es wird tatsächlich mit Spitzhacke und Schaufel an den Stationen gearbeitet 🙏. Ich selbst kenne die Therme in Altenau schon seit sehr vielen Jahren. Auch vor etwa 7 - 8 Jahren war schon die V + E Steele kaputt und die Stromsteelen funktionierten mal mehr und mal weniger. Also nach so langer Zeit. Bravo. Aber sehr viele Womo Leute die ich kenne würden hier nicht mehr herfahren. Es braucht bestimmt einiges an Zeit bis sie wieder kommen.

Der Platz ist sein Geld nicht wert. Schlaglöcher bis zu 20 cm. V u. E. fast auf null.

Stellplatz Altenau Therme
Seit mehr als einem Jahr ist die Versorgungssäule defekt. Der Parkplatz ist schief und hat zahlreiche Schlaglöcher und somit Pfützen. Wofür Geld und Kurtaxe nur weil man übernachtet. Es sieht so aus das nichts an Mißständen geändert wird. Also egal. Schade.

Für Thermenbesucher geeignet
Wir sind an einem Freitag angereist um Samstags den Tag in der Therme zu verbringen. Der Wohnmobilstellplatz dient gleichzeitig als Parkplatz der Therme. Ergo war der voll. Erst nach Thermenschluss, ab ca. 22.00 Uhr konnte man nochmal umparken. Stromsäulen funktionierten teilweise garnicht oder kommunizierten in Französisch mit einem. Abwasser war defekt bzw. zugefroren (ok, es war Winter). Toiletten und Duschen sind in der Therme. Das Ziehen eines Parkscheins wird - auch am Wochenende - kontrolliert und konsequent mit Knöllchen geahndet. Alles in Allem ok aber nichts wo ich hurra schreien würde. Für einen Thermenbesuch ok.
