Description parking space

To the parking space

Approximately 6 x 8 m large, gravelled, level parking space on the edge of the garden of a farm. There is electricity on site and water on the farm.
The farm is located on the outskirts of town, directly connected to meadows, fields and forests.

The beautiful and well-kept Aichstrutsee can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and invites you to swim and relax. There is a kiosk, barbecue areas and a separate sandy beach for children.
There is also a basketball court and a small playground, as well as changing rooms.

The Schwabenpark leisure and adventure park makes children's hearts beat faster and can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. (Just through the garden and across the meadow....)

There is a summer toboggan run, ski and toboggan lift in Kaisersbach, 4 kilometers away.
In Welzheim, also 4 kilometers away, there are many tourist attractions such as steam locomotive rides, Roman museum, a great mini golf course, forest nature trail, adventure playground, restaurants, shopping, doctors, etc.
In Laufenmühle, 6 km away, there is an adventure field for the senses and a coffee roastery.
Beautiful cycling and hiking trails through fields, forests and mountains, cross-country skiing directly from the farm. Streams, lakes, mills, forests, blades and fields in a lovely environment invite you to discover them.

We are at the foot of the Swabian Alb. The terrain is slightly hilly and very varied.

Stuttgart is the nearest larger city and can be reached by train or car in around 1 hour.

In addition to the human residents, our farm also has horses, chickens, dogs, cats and bees. Eggs from our free-roaming chickens and honey are available to buy from the farm, and milk is available from the neighbor during stable times.

You can get fresh bread rolls at the bakery 4 km away.

Guided hikes (also on horseback) are possible upon request.

Children are welcome to help clean the horses and feed the chickens. Maybe they will also find a hidden chicken egg?
