Description parking space

The parking space is exclusively for use by mobile homes with their own toilet and dirty water tank. Caravans, cars, tents and mobile homes without a toilet and dirty water tank are not permitted. Vehicles must be parked in the designated parking areas to save space. The place is open all year round. The length of stay is a maximum of 4 days and nights. An extension of the maximum length of stay can only be granted by the groundskeeper: Historische Weiherschleife, Tiefensteiner Straße 87, telephone number 06781/ 901918 or 9335033.
The use of the designated mobile home parking space and the supply facilities (supply of fresh water and disposal of wastewater) is subject to a fee. The fee for one parking space per day (24 hours) and vehicle is €7.50 including disposal. The usage fee for the vehicle must be paid at the pay machines on site. The site is checked regularly at various times by the groundskeeper and the public order office of the city of Idar-Oberstein. The parking permit must be clearly visible.
The power supply is ensured by energy columns equipped with AC sockets and a coin-operated machine. The electricity costs are €0.50 / kWh.
A fresh water station is available for water supply and is equipped with a coin-operated machine. The cost of fresh water is €0.10 / 10 l.
Disposal of feces and wastewater is only permitted at the disposal station. The fee for disposal without overnight stay is €2.50. Violations will be reported. The place must be kept clean of all rubbish and rubbish. A limited daily amount of waste must be disposed of in the containers provided for this purpose. These may only be used by paying guests.

Dogs and other pets are allowed on the RV park but must be kept on a leash at all times. Dog waste must be cleaned up immediately. Lighting campfires of any kind is not permitted. If the groundskeeper cannot remedy the situation, the city administration, building management office, must be informed and they must take the necessary steps. If necessary, use of the mobile home parking area may be temporarily restricted or restricted due to other occupancy. There is no legal claim against the city of Idar-Oberstein to unrestricted use of the space. The operator and the groundskeeper are entitled, in exercising their house rights, to expel people from the space, to prohibit use and to make orders in individual cases if this is necessary to maintain the space Safety and order on the mobile home parking space and in the interests of the parking space guests appear necessary. The person responsible is liable for any accidents in connection with the special use or damage to the site facilities.
