The R1 cycle path runs directly past the parking space and invites you to great tours towards Kassel and Rotenburg an der Fulda.
From May to October, “Everyman city tours” take place every Tuesday at 2 p.m., Saturday at 11 a.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m.
You can go pedal boating on the Fulda from May 1st to October 3rd, weather permitting, every Thursday and Friday: 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.; Sat., Sun., public holidays: 1 p.m. to 6 p.m
Numerous designated hiking trails are available and a trip to Heiligenburg or Spangenberg Castle is always an experience.

Annehmbarer Platz für eine Übernachtung
Gute Lage für eine Besichtigung der Stadt. Leider war die Lärmbelästigung durch die Bauarbeiten doch zu hoch.
Die fehlende Entsorgung ist für die kritische Bewertung ausschlaggebend.
Der Preis von 10 Euro pro Nacht ist so nicht angemessen.

vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung! Derzeit wird eine Entsorgungsstation auf dem Platz gebaut, daher auch der Baulärm :) In ein paar Tagen sollten die Maßnahmen abgeschlossen sein.

Für Dickschiffe große Womo’s geeignet
Wer keine Entsorgung braucht wie wir, ist auf dem Platz gut aufgehoben. Alles in der Schönen Innenstadt ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Jede Menge Lokale vorhanden. Uns hat die Bahn nicht gestört. 5€ für 12 Stunden ist in ok. Die Nähe zur A7 macht den Platz ideal zum Übernachten und Abendessen. Wir werden den Platz als Ettappenplatz wieder aufsuchen.

Ein wonmobilstellplatz ohne Entsorgung und nicht funktionsfähiger Versorgung mit einem 12 Stunden Bezahlsystem ist ein Witz .Da ändert auch die gute Lage. Und Gott kommt nicht mit der Ausrede wegen Hochwassergefahr ist eine Entsorgung nicht möglich.

Die Lage ist Ortsnah.
Der Zugverkehr kann mitunter laut werden.
Die Begrenzung des Aufenthaltes auf 12 Std. ist nicht glücklich gewählt. Kommt mann am Nachmittag um 17 Uhr an, müsste man um 5 Uhr in der Früh fahren oder eben 10 Euro Gebühr zahlen. Dann ist der Platz zu teuer da keine Entsorgung für Grauwasser vorhanden ist.
