The family and dog-friendly campsite in green Styria is located on the edge of the market town of Gleinstätten. From April to November, campers can spend a perfect holiday here on one of around 40 tourist and motorhome pitches, either in a shady or sunny location. Idyllic between green bushes and deciduous and coniferous trees, nature lovers in particular are in good hands with a caravan, motorhome, tent or rental caravan on the 5-star eco-friendly site.
Great natural swimming pond right on site
One of the highlights of Camping Weinland is definitely the clear and well-kept natural swimming pond , the bank of which can be reached directly from the site. If you need a change from swimming, bathing and diving in the lake, you can make yourself comfortable on the large lawn next door with a good book and enjoy the warmth of the Austrian sun on your skin. For one or two sporting activities, you can enjoy a table tennis duel or a match on the beach volleyball court before the next refreshment in the swimming lake is due.

If you are interested in art and culture, you should plan a visit to the Gleinstätt parish church with the magnificent baroque altar. In the nearby Gleinstätten Castle, camping holidaymakers can also experience great evenings at exciting events and unforgettable concerts.
In the so-called “Garden of Austria”, the East Styrian hills offer the best conditions for moderate hikes with spectacular panoramic views. Hiking fans, for example, look forward to a tour to nearby Kaindorf. Once on the mountain, the effort is quickly forgotten with the breathtaking view of the wonderful Bacher Mountains and the Lavanttal Alps.
Cycling through the landscape of the Kaindorf ecoregion is also worth at least one item on the program. Like a pleasure tour from a picture book, the beautiful routes take you around the Großharter natural pond. By the way - e-bikes have also been available to rent at Camping Weinland for several years.
