Simply open the camping.info app, log in and tap the FANCLUB icon in the menu. There you will find your personal ID card with your name, which you can show at your pitch.
Over 270 campsites in Germany, Austria, France, Denmark, Italy, the Netherlands, Croatia, and other countries offer FANCLUB benefits. On stellplatz.info and in the app, you can identify participating campsites by the green FANCLUB symbol and read about the specific benefits directly in the campsite description.

From discounts (10-17%) and late checkout until 6 pm , to free bread rolls , free dogs/children , welcome gifts , and premium pitches at the standard price . Each campsite chooses its own extras! No standard percentages, but real added value – even in peak season!
Each campsite decides this individually! Many benefits are intentionally valid even during peak season – this is a big difference compared to many discount cards. You can always find the exact conditions (e.g., time periods) in the app description of the respective campsite.
