Welcome to our small, family-run alpaca farm in Achelstädt; in the heart of Thuringia's green countryside – not far from Erfurt, Arnstadt, Weimar, Kranichfeld and the idyllic Ilm valley.

For over 25 years, we have run a small family business in Thuringia, nestled in the idyllic nature of the Ilm Valley – surrounded by meadows, forests and rural tranquility... Here in Thuringia, nature and the landscape are still healthy and in "order"!!!
Our small "farm-style campsite" combines nature with lovingly designed pitches – just as we ourselves appreciate and would like to find on the most beautiful small campsites in Europe...
We offer 3 differently equipped ****Premium Comfort parking spaces,
with sizes from 150 to 250 sqm, suitable for motorhomes (and caravans) of different lengths and sizes.
All pitches are equipped with electricity and water hookups upon request... and everything else that goes with "comfort camping"... !!!
We offer you:
Modern sanitary facilities, continuously heated pool and sauna!!!
Fire pit / barbecue area at the seminar bungalow in the leisure area - Farmhof1
Alpacas up close – an unforgettable adventure!!!
Absolute peace and guaranteed relaxation in the heart of Thuringia...
In addition, there is a dishwashing area, waste separation facilities, and a common area in the seminar bungalow with a television, heating, and air conditioning – ideal for "bad weather"... etc. ... etc. ... !!!
For dog lovers, there are special facilities for dogs!
Also available: fresh organic eggs and organic vegetables directly from the farm.
Besides e-bike and e-scooter rental, the following is available upon request; especially for motorhome campers for shopping, getting bread rolls, restaurant visits, and excursions
And for "exploring the surroundings", a Smart convertible is available!!!
Whether passing through or staying for a (3-7 day) stay – with us you can enjoy peace, comfort and genuine country life with everything a "camper's heart" desires.
Parking spaces and facilities:
- 1x premium pitch (up to 250 sqm) for motorhomes up to 12 meters in length
- 1x premium pitch (up to 200 sqm) for motorhomes up to 10 meters in length
- 1x premium pitch (up to 180 sqm) for caravans up to 9 meters in length
All parking spaces have (if required) electrical connections up to 10A,
Water and Wastewater connection ... etc.
- Toilets and sinks with constantly hot water,
- Large shower with constant hot water ,
- Dishwashing sink with constantly hot water,
- yellow, blue and black garbage bins available ,
- *Grey and black water disposal available ,
- WiFi is available and works great throughout the entire premises...
