Description RV park
Welcome to our beautiful campsite in Jämtland, Sweden.
We have 21 pitches with electricity, 8 are next to the beautiful Fyrån River and others are near the service building.
Our campsite is quiet and in the middle of nature. From the campsite you can hike, fish or rent a canoe to discover the river and the lake.
At the campsite you will find a natural swimming pool with fresh water. And during high season you can eat a hamburger in our restaurant.
Within 30min. From the campsite you could start your adventure at Wildmarksvägen!

Description of the environment:
Camp Route 45 is a beautiful place near the small village of Hammerdal. We have a teepee tent with a grill that you can use.
Swim in our natural pool with water from the Fyrån River.
We have a small restaurant on the campsite. There is a grocery store in the village within walking distance.
The surrounding areas have a wild appearance with many small and large waterways, with many opportunities for relaxing canoeing or fishing.
You can hike into the forest directly from the campsite or take a trip to the nearby Ammerån and Vackermyren nature reserves. Ammerån has many picnic areas with cooking facilities. Vackermyren is known for its variety of wild orchids in spring.
The Wilderness Road is the highest paved road in Sweden and stretches between Jämtland and Lapland. The road is one of the few roads through the Swedish mountain range and because it passes over the mighty Stekenjokk Plateau, you have direct access to the mountains from your car door. The entire Wilderness Road is a 500 km route through some of the most spectacular parts of northern Scandinavia.
Note: The highest part of the wilderness road above Stekenjokk is only open from the beginning of June to mid-October due to large amounts of snow, often depths of up to 6 meters.
The street opens on June 6th every year.
