Description RV park
The Ramón el Caminero campsite is located at an altitude of about 1500 metres, on the northern slope of the island. From here you can often enjoy the view of the sea of clouds that covers the northern part of Tenerife like a white blanket.
The main protagonist of this leisure area is the Canary Island pine forest, which is accompanied by dwarf broom, gland broom, rockrose, canary sedge, St John's wort, thyme and, depending on the season, numerous species of mushrooms. As for the fauna, the area is home to Teide finches and great spotted woodpeckers, which live on the oldest trunks.
The leisure area is located on the edge of the main road.
There are signposted routes where you can start or end your excursions by bike, horseback or motor vehicle for leisure purposes.
Next to the campsite is the leisure area, which offers several services.
