We offer a paved parking space in the garden of our former farm, just a few minutes from Lake Simssee. In the heart of the village, yet in a dreamlike and quiet secluded location, in the shade of apple trees, waking up to the chirping of countless birds. You can reach the Simssee hiking trails in one minute, and the bathing beach with kiosk in just over 5 minutes. To
Since we are only about 15 minutes from the A8 motorway, the parking space is also well suited as a stopover when traveling south.
Children have countless play opportunities here. In the evening you can enjoy absolute peace and quiet. (Except for the occasional train, as a railway line borders the property!)
A fire bowl and firewood are available for a small additional charge.
Toilet use may be possible by prior arrangement.
Bread roll service available with timely registration (booking required at least 1 working day in advance)
Arrival only after prior registration - even at short notice!
Please note, our (well-behaved) dog roams freely on the property, so our guests should at least not be afraid of dogs. :)
