Description RV park
Over 40 overnight spots for caravans, motorhomes, tents, and rooftop tents right by Lake Mjøsa in idyllic Totenvika. All spots are easily accessible via gravel roads, and each parking area is well-leveled with a solid foundation. Most spots feature either grass, artificial turf, or paving stones. We also offer easy access to a municipal septic/gray water disposal station on-site.
Our modern sanitary facilities are available at a fixed price (book upon arrival at the reception). Our very own restaurant, Viken II, serves delicious local cuisine "a little out in Mjøsa" all summer long—right next to the Skibladner pier! Free WiFi is available throughout the site.
ABOUT EVJUA, TOTENVIKA AND LAKE MJØSA
Evjua is beautifully situated on the shores of Lake Mjøsa, surrounded by the stunning scenery of the agricultural village Totenvika. Here, you can enjoy peaceful surroundings, charming rural landscapes, and a unique closeness to the water. Mjøsa, Norway’s largest lake, offers breathtaking sunsets, freshwater swimming, and rich wildlife. Totenvika is known for its local farm products, cozy country roads, and excellent hiking opportunities—perfect for a relaxing and nature-filled holiday.
Activities range from scenic summit hikes to Hervenknappen (784 meters above sea level) to fishing on Mjøsa right from your own veranda. You can also watch the legendary D/S Skibladner, the world’s oldest paddle steamer still in operation, glide past your veranda during its season. Explore the Strandstien trail along the water, or take a stroll along the picturesque farm roads winding through Totenvika’s farmland.
In winter, you’ll find over 100 km of excellent cross-country ski trails on Totenåsen, as well as a paradise for ice fishing on Mjøsa—if the ice has settled! Visit our website for a full overview.
