Description of the environment:
Historic old town with very beautiful half-timbered houses and a beautiful market square
All shops for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity. The district town of Bietigheim-Bissingen is located on the Enz, about 20 km north of Stuttgart, surrounded by vineyards, rolling hills and forests. The historic old town of Bietigheim, which has grown over the centuries with its predominantly medieval houses a gem in the region. From the parking space, visitors can stroll in just a few steps to the town hall, built in 1507, the Hornmoldhaus city museum with its magnificent interior paintings and the wonderful ornamental framework, and to the new castle.
From the accessible city wall there is a view of the Enz Viaduct, built in 1853.
