The Fichtelberg Hut is located directly on the ski slope with immediate access to all lifts.

A large parking lot offers space for approximately 200 cars and is also available for winter camping.

Take advantage of the modern sanitary facilities at the Fichtelberg Hut, visit our restaurant with 50 seats (open from the first Sunday of Advent until March 31st), and celebrate with us on the roof of Saxony.

    Directions

    You reach the Fichtelbergbaude from southern Germany through the Czech Republic
    Republic (E42) via the border crossing Waldsassen – Eger (Cheb) – Karlsbad (Karlovy Vary) – Gottesgab (Bozi Dar) – Oberwiesenthal. After the border crossing, keep left towards the Fichtelberg entrance. You will find the Fichtelbergbaude on the right.

    From the north you can reach the Fichtelbergbaude via the A 72 to the Stollberg|West motorway exit - via the B180 you head towards Neudorf and then Hammerunterwiesenthal, then turn right here onto the B95 to Oberwiesenthal. Stay on the B95 in town and follow the driveway to Fichtelberg. You will find the Fichtelbergbaude on the right.

    Für eine Nacht akzeptabel

    Koste pro Nacht 20 €, aber für was???
    Der Stellplatz ist ein einfacher Parkplatz. Strom gibt es, man benötigt aber lange Kabel. Das Sanitäre ist vorhanden, 1 Dusche teilen sich Männlein u Weiblein. Wie auch die WC's. Die WC's gehören zum Lokal.
    Das Essen in der Hütte, ist ein besserer Imbiss. Das schlimmste daran ist, das im Lokal geraucht wird.
    Was man aber nicht verstehen muss, der Parkplatz ist kostenfrei, jedenfalls nach Ausschilderung. Es werden aber an einigen Stellen Parkgebühren verlangt.
    Unser Fazit, für eine Nacht akzeptabel. Aber vielleicht ist es im Sommer ja anders?

    Overall impression

    Wer es einfach mag ist hier richtig

    Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Sie können aber nicht mehr machen bzw. schaffen weil es der Platz nicht hergibt. Toiletten und Dusche vorhanden, sehr sehr einfach. Man darf nicht empfindlich sein. Gastronomie: Das Essen ist okay, da stimmt auch der Preis. Ausgenommen der Eintopf weiße Bohnen. Diese ist trotz Knacker keine 8 Euro wert. Wir hatten Knacker mit Brühe, ein kleines Stück Kartoffel und ein zwei weiße Bohnen. Ansonsten wirklich nur Wasser mit Geschmack. Damit konnten wir aber Leben. Das schlimmere und für uns nicht akzeptabel ist, dass im Gastraum geraucht wird. Der eine Tisch isst und am Nachbartisch wird geraucht. Geht gar nicht. Wer für die Beräumung des Platzes bei Schnee zuständig ist, bleibt auch ein Rätsel. Alle Abläufe im Objekt werden eher spontan erledigt. Ein Ablaufplan war nicht zu erkennen. Es wird was angefangen und Stunden später irgendwann zu Ende gebracht. Wenn der Betreiber nicht die sehr bemühten Mitarbeiter hätte, würde es wahrscheinlich im Chaos enden. Die Angestellten geben echt ihr bestes. Und das von früh bis Abend. Für Ski und Skischuhe ist zwar ein Raum vorgesehen, der wird aber vom Betreiber überwiegend als Lager benutzt. Also wer es sehr sehr einfach will, der ist hier richtig. Lage mitten in der Natur.
