Gjegi Eco Farm & Camping is a peaceful, nature-based camping spot located in a traditional village, perfectly positioned between the lagoon and the sea. Designed for travelers seeking simplicity and authenticity, it welcomes campervans, caravans, tents, and cars, offering generous space and a calm, rural atmosphere.
The camping is located 1.7 km (about 6 minutes by car) from the asphalt road, ensuring privacy and tranquility while remaining easily accessible. Surrounded by unspoiled landscapes, it is ideal for nature lovers, birdwatchers, and travelers exploring Albania at a slow pace. Guests have quick access to both the lagoon and the nearby sandy beaches.
If you book in advance, we can prepare traditional home-cooked meals with my mother, and we may also offer a local cooking class for guests interested in Albanian cuisine. Just 50 meters behind the camping, the lagoon invites you to explore by kayak, with several kayaks available on site.
In the evening, enjoy a dedicated barbecue area under the stars, perfect for sharing stories, local food, and unforgettable moments. Gjegi Eco Farm & Camping is a warm, authentic stop on the Albanian coast, where nature, local life, and genuine hospitality come together.
