Description RV park

Hello dear campers,
This is just a gravel parking lot (with a backyard feel in Regensburg at Holzgartenstrasse 18, corner of Max-Dauer-Strasse. Sink (outside only with cold water connection, inside sink hot & cold) available. Payment on a trust basis against advance payment directly in cash on site. Put money in an envelope (located on site next to the mailbox with name, phone number, date & vehicle registration number) in the mailbox ("Administration", next to the sink - red house).
Important: I no longer make reservations, i.e. first come - first serve. If someone really wants to make sure that they get a parking space, I can do that for a fee of 10,-€. Please let me know at least 2 days in advance because I have to close it in time.
Washing machine and dryer in the annex, second door from the left. Key is in the envelope box.
The cable drum is located on the left under the galvanized barrel near the parking spaces. In case of emergency: Multiple Schuko plugs and a blue CE are next to the left wallbox. There is also a plan hanging to the right of the wallbox. Supermarket with bakery 15m away. <1 km or 12 minutes walk to the Stone Bridge. Lanzinger Caravan for gas bottles, refueling also LPG and camping accessories etc. is 1.3 km away.
Please no more registrations via WhatsApp SMS or phone.
Please only use the 3 designated camper parking spaces on the left, i.e. to the east, along the wall. The front one is about 8m and the rear two parking spaces are about 10m long.
Campers under 6 m (but only them!) pay €5 less. Campers < 6m can also park to the right of the cars, but please let me know in advance. It is also possible to rent bicycles (no e-bikes) for 5€ per day. I cannot guarantee the road safety of the bicycles, as rental and return (as well as payment) are done on a trust basis. So just throw the money in the mailbox. If there is something wrong with the bike, please let us know.
The right is reserved for cars.
