Description RV park
Welcome to Nås, a friendly village on Route 66 between Vansbro and Borlänge!
Nås Camping is located on the edge of this beautiful village on the Västerdalälven river in central Sweden. We have very spacious sites surrounded by beautiful old trees, wonderful views of the river and fields and many hiking trails in the forests, fields, lakes or mountains surrounding the campsite.
From the campsite you can explore the nature of Dalarna by canoe or bike. There are many ways to walk your dog right at the campsite.
A well-stocked supermarket (Tempo) and the restaurant in the village (Nederborg-Bistro) are within walking distance (1.5 km). In Stoänget Park next to the campsite there is the Stoänget pop-up cafe for delicious fikas, which will hopefully be open on weekends again this summer.
The covered terrace of the café by the river is also accessible when the café is closed.
Nås Camping is also an ideal starting point for numerous trips in the surrounding area. From the campsite it is 100 km to Mora, 60 km to Siljan, Leksand or 80 km to Falun.
A trip around Siljan with many beautiful sights is highly recommended and if there is enough interest we can always help to organize such a trip. In this case, a motorhome can safely stay at our campsite.
On behalf of the village and in collaboration with Dalarna Outdoor, we also rent three simple forest cabins on the lakes in the immediate vicinity of Nås. For the ultimate feeling of freedom and to hear, see and feel the peace, this is definitely a must.
Dalarna Outdoor also offers multi-day canoe trips or wildlife safaris. You can then leave your camping equipment at the campsite with peace of mind.

You can reach Nås Camping Dalarna by taking the E16 from Vansbro to Björbo. Coming from Vansbro, turn right in Nås at the signpost for Fredriksberg and Lindesnäs. After about 250 m, at the church, turn left. Then, after about 700 meters, you will see the campsite on the right.
