Description RV park
Welcome to our campsite. Nederhögen Vildmarkscenter is a campsite / B&B / camp / group accommodation & conference center on the border between Härjedalen and Jämtland, at the beginning of the wilderness.
We have 34 campsites, where each pitch measures 8x15m, with or without electricity. Socket with electricity meter, 16 amps per place.
One part is near the service house, in the other you directly enter the forest or snowmobile path.
We have a service building directly on the campsite with toilets, sinks, free showers and a kitchenette.
We also have a large family shower with toilet, laundry room, kitchen and sink in the “school”.
The water can be drunk anywhere and comes from its own source.
We can also empty toilets and wastewater drains.
We also have a large lounge with billiards, table tennis, games, books and craft materials.
There is a grill hut on our property that can be used.
Wifi throughout the campsite.
With a remote setting where the silence is breathtaking, but at the same time close to the noise of the ski areas around Vemdalsfjällen.
There are beautiful fishing waters around Nederhögen, Sörtjärn, Vitvattnet, Horten and Klövsjön, to name just a few.

- Description of the environment: Sweden is no less than eleven times the size of the Netherlands and has an enormous diversity of nature, culture, food and history. Jämtland, our province, covers an area of almost 50,000 square kilometers with a total population of around 131,000. The region has a majestic landscape, a rich culture and a sustainable gastronomy. A true paradise for hikers, mountain bikers and perhaps the best ski areas in Sweden. Nature consists of countless mountains, deep fairytale forests and countless lakes. A region where nature is still untouched with a variety of animals such as moose, reindeer, bears, wolves, foxes, deer, wolverines and many species of birds, but also the many powerful waterfalls. We offer a wide range of activities throughout the year, some of which take place in collaboration with passionate entrepreneurs. These include hiking, hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, fishing, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, dog sledding, ice skating and ice fishing. But don't forget to grill over a crackling campfire and the Northern Lights. And there are a number of golf courses nearby. Additionally, our region has a rich history dating back to the 16th century. But pilgrims have also been welcomed on the beautiful Pilgrimsleder or St. Olavsleden for almost 1000 years. Our region is also part of the Sami, Sweden's indigenous population, whose sustainable lifestyle is centered around reindeer.
