Description RV park
The Mattmark Reservoir campsite offers a unique and immersive camping experience in a high-alpine setting. Located right next to the impressive reservoir, you'll enjoy breathtaking views of the lake and the surrounding valley. The campsite is considered one of the highest in Europe and is situated directly beside the largest earth dam in Europe – a truly unique backdrop in the heart of the Valais Alps.
There are no electricity or water hookups available. Toilets in the restaurant can be used during opening hours. Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM in the Mattmark Restaurant, ensuring a perfect start to your day. Fresh bread and croissants can also be pre-ordered by 6:00 PM the day before.
A special place for those seeking peace and quiet, nature lovers, and anyone who wants to fully appreciate the alpine panorama.
Pitch fees and tourist taxes must be paid at the Mattmark Restaurant.
