Description RV park
The close-to-nature RV park Schloss Erbhof is located approx. 20 km southeast of Bremen, between Syke and Verden and is open all year round. There is space for eight motorhomes on the parking space at the Erbhof.
The parking space, which has existed since May 2009, is equipped with an electricity column (8 connections) and a fresh water column. There is a toilet facility on the left side of Erbhof Castle.
The center of Thedinghausen can be reached in just 2 minutes. Here you can get bread rolls in the Orlamünde coffee house, Syker Straße 3-5, daily from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on weekends from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., as well as in the Baalk bakery in Netto Markt, Auf dem Röwekamp, from Monday to Saturday.
You can also get bread rolls at the Classic gas station on Sundays.
The disposal of wastewater and faeces is possible at the disposal facility directly on site. The disposal system with a floor inlet for gray water and the emptying of cassettes is located on the edge of the tree park in front of the bird aviaries.
The municipality of Thedinghausen charges a fee of €10.00 per night for overnight stays at the mobile home parking space based on a resolution of the municipal council dated December 15, 2022. This includes free use of the toilet facilities and the disposal of wastewater and rubbish. The costs for fresh water (100 liters of water for 10 minutes each) and electricity (6 hours) are €1.00 each. There is free access to WiFi in the tourist information office.
The parking space is located directly at Erbhof Castle and the large tree park. This is ideal for a walk, but please ensure that dogs are kept on a leash.
The tree park is also the starting point for Nordic walking and cycling tours, such as the church cycle path, the love tour through town and country and the improvement tour - searching for clues by bike, canoe or on foot.
There is a swimming opportunity at Lake Blender. Lake Blender is located directly on the 33 km long, signposted Blender Tour.
Discover the sights of Thedinghausen by following the "Thänhuser Löwenspur", a 12-station tour.
The “Romance” restaurant at Erbhof Castle will spoil you with regional delicacies (www.romance-erbhof.de).
Further information can be found on the information board at the mobile home parking space. Brochures and flyers are available at the tourist information office in the left entrance to Erbhof Castle, right next to the mobile home parking space, and also in the entrance area of the town hall of the Thedinghausen community.

Erbhof Castle is located directly at the eastern entrance to Thedinghausen (Braunschweiger Straße 1, 27321 Thedinghausen) and can be reached via the very well-developed state road network.
From the direction of Bremerhaven, Hamburg and Hanover via the motorway:
Please leave the A 27 at the Achim-Ost junction and take the L 156, which turns into the L 203 in the area of the town of Lunsen in the direction of Thedinghausen. After about 9 km you will reach Erbhof Castle.
From Osnabrück, Oldenburg via the motorway:
Please leave the A1 at the Bremen-Arsten junction towards Weyhe. Take the L 331 towards Hoya. After the town of “Ahausen” turn left onto the L 203 towards Thedinghausen. In the town center of Thedinghausen, follow the L 203 towards Verden. As you leave the town, Erbhof Castle is on the right-hand side.
