High above the Lower Rhine plain, in the middle of the resort town of Elten, is the Hochelten motorhome parking space at the tourist information center on the Eltenberg. The cross-border Eltenberg - Bergherbos natural area offers numerous signposted cycling and hiking trails and viewing points with views of the Rhine Valley. The parking space for 15 motorhomes has a wide asphalt driveway and beautifully landscaped plots.

Coming from the A3 motorway, drive towards the town center. On this route you will pass an ARAL gas station and a penny market. When you have arrived in the town center and therefore on Schmidtstrasse, you will find the Eltener Markt with many restaurants, bakeries and many other shops. At the intersection turn left onto Bergstrasse. Follow this until you reach the intersection of Bergstraße/Emmericher Straße. You turn onto Bergstrasse and follow it all the way up to the Eltenberg. Once at the top you will see the mini golf course on the left. Here you turn left and you will find the Resiemobil parking space directly on the left-hand side.
