The Grohnder Fährhaus campsite is located in the friendly, hilly Weserbergland region, on the banks of the Weser and directly on the Weser cycle path. The area, with its predominantly flat paths, is ideal to explore by bike. The winding watercourses with their green banks are fantastic to navigate by canoe.

Coming from the B 83 (from Hameln), take the Emmerthal exit from the federal highway. In Kirchohsen at the church you drive over the Weser bridge to Hagenohsen. At the intersection after the bridge, keep right towards Latferde. In the town of Latferde, at the bend in the right-of-way, do not follow the priority road, but continue straight ahead. After about a kilometer a small road leads to the Hotel Camping RV Parking Grohnder Fährhaus.
Coming from Bodenwerder on the B83, turn right in Hehlen (about 4 kilometers from Bodenwerder). A single-lane bridge leads over the Weser to Daspe. At the intersection after the bridge, turn left and follow the road to Hajen. You drive through the village on the main road. About one kilometer after the village of Hajen, a cul-de-sac leads to the Land-gut Hotel Grohnder Fährhaus.
