Description RV park
Camping on a former farm in Chiemgau. Nice parking space on the edge of a herb meadow with mountain views.
Our farm is in a quiet location on the outskirts of town. A stay with us is also ideal if you have children. A shady adventure playground and the “Forellenhof” inn are within walking distance. Pets are generally welcome, but we ask that you contact us in advance.
The train station and a bus stop are also just a 5-minute walk away. There are further shopping opportunities in the neighboring towns of Ruhpolding and Siegsdorf.
We are very centrally located in the middle of the Chiemsee/Chiemgau holiday region and with the neighboring towns of Ruhpolding, Inzell, Reit im Winkl and the district town of Traunstein.
The tourist highlights such as Chiemsee, Waginger See, Winklmoosalm-Steinplatte can be reached by car within a few minutes. Likewise the Chiemgau Alps with many mountain railways and the well-known peaks Sonntagshorn, Rauschberg and Hochfelln.
A mountain tour can also be started directly from the farm on foot or by bike. In the immediate vicinity, many smaller peaks, valleys, paths and bike trails invite you to hike and cycle in untouched nature. There is something for every age and every fitness level.
In summer, in addition to the many lakes, the newly renovated outdoor pool in Siegsdorf, the Vita-Alpina indoor wave pool in Ruhpolding, also with an outdoor pool, or the natural swimming lake in Inzell offer cooling off. For those who love nature, there is a beautiful natural swimming area on the Traun in the immediate vicinity.
In Ruhpolding there is an 18-hole golf course, a mini golf and adventure golf course, a fairy tale park and a summer toboggan run. Munich, Salzburg, Innsbruck, Berchtesgaden and Rosenheim are easy to reach for a day trip.
The transport connections are very good, the A8 Munich-Salzburg motorway is only 3 km away, as is the German Alpine Road. The federal highways towards Berchtesgadener Land, Tyrol and Salzburg are practically on the way.
Enjoy the peace and quiet of the pitch and the beautiful view of the mountains. We can give you lots of tips for excursions in the region, even if the weather isn't great.

Another note: The spa fee charged by the municipality per day and guest is EUR 1.10 for adults and young people aged 15 and over, and EUR 0.55 for children aged 6 and over. Small children and guests with disabilities are free. The spa fee is not included in the parking space fee.
