Located directly on the banks of the Rhine, where Baden and the Black Forest show their most beautiful side, the Bier family warmly welcomes you to their well-maintained motorhome site. Here you can feel the proximity to the water, enjoy peace and nature – and start directly from your pitch on wonderful cycling and hiking tours in the Rhine Valley and the Black Forest.
Your place by the river
The generously sized site offers 44 comfortable pitches, lovingly separated by hedges and laid out on a firm surface – ideal for a relaxing stay. Whether you stay for one night or longer: Here you can park in a quiet, sunny spot, yet very close to the action.
The river is just a stone's throw away – perfect for a stroll along the water or relaxing on one of the sun loungers on the banks of the Rhine.
Enjoy nature and be active
Directly from the parking area, cycling and hiking trails lead along the Rhine and into the gentle hills of the Black Forest. Explore picturesque villages, vineyards and viewpoints, or enjoy a swim in the nearby outdoor pool. Mini golf, a playground and cozy restaurants are also within easy reach.
Dogs are very welcome here – with dedicated walking paths, a small bathing beach and a convenient dog shower to refresh themselves after their adventure.

Our campsite is situated in a quiet, natural setting right on the High Rhine – ideal for those who want to relax and explore at the same time. From here, you can take a Rhine cruise and experience the region from the comfort of your boat. The historic old town of Waldshut is just a few minutes' walk away: small shops, cozy cafes, and charming alleyways invite you to stroll and explore.
For nature lovers, the Southern Black Forest begins practically on our doorstep – perfect for hiking, cycling, or simply unwinding. A place to feel at home, in the heart of a diverse region.

The campsite is picturesquely situated at the confluence of the Rhine and Aare rivers, between Basel and Schaffhausen, and is easily accessible from all directions.
From Basel or along the B34, simply follow the signs to Waldshut-Zentrum (Waldshut town center).
From Schaffhausen, you can also easily reach Waldshut via the Rhine route; within the town, follow the signs for Camping/Parking.
After just a few minutes, you will reach the idyllic campsite directly on the water, only about 1 km from Waldshut's old town.
