Description RV park
When you come to the fenced-in area, you will find 9 beautiful, star-shaped parking spaces for mobiles up to approx. 8 meters long. Every camper can choose their own place. You will immediately feel at home in the small, lovingly designed space. Each site has a green area where you can set up your chairs and table and of course also extend the awning. Television reception is possible at all pitches.
In the middle of the square we have set up an information board for you where you can find out all the important information about the square and around Wertingen. So that you can find everything, there is of course a city map, cycling map and a restaurant guide for every mobilist. If you need electricity, you can plug it into one of the 12 sockets in the middle of the square.
The illuminated square is quiet and yet everything is within walking distance. You can get bread rolls, groceries and gas right next door. If you want to visit the city or our sights, you have to walk about ten minutes.
You can stay as long as you want, the length of your stay is not limited. Going for a walk with your four-legged companions is no problem either, you'll be out in the countryside in just a few minutes, we just ask you to clean up the leftovers. For this purpose we have installed a bag dispenser in the entrance area for you.
For garbage disposal there is a small house where the garbage can be separated. The supply and disposal station with floor inlet is in front of the entrance area.
You can either pay with us personally, we come to the site every day early in the morning and in the evening, or if we don't come or you are still asleep, you can also put the parking fee in the mailbox on the information board. Corresponding envelopes are available for you on the information board by the mailbox.

Description of the environment:
Wertingen is a small town worth seeing and is located in the middle of the Swabian Danube valley. The Swabian Danube Valley represents the region along the course of the Danube from Ulm/Neu-Ulm to Donauwörth. The quietly located parking space is on the former train station site. Trains haven't been running for many years. All shopping opportunities within walking distance. The Zusam cycle path offers a scenic and historic route.
This 35 kilometer long cycle path opens up the Zusamtal from Dinkelscherben via Wertingen to the confluence with the Danube valley, north of Pfaffenhofen. All tours are signposted and start in the city center.
The flat tours lead past swimming lakes, sculpture paths, Kneipp baths, beer gardens and many sights. A cycling map with various tours is available for everyone at the parking space. Just a few meters from the Stellpatz and you are in the middle of nature. Discover the wonderful and varied natural landscape in and around Wertingen.
Our museums, a local radio and oven museum and, what is special, a beer museum are particularly popular. The tourist information office has many other attractive leisure activities available for our visitors. The cute little town has something to offer for everyone, a heated outdoor pool and an indoor pool. To relax and feel good, we recommend a pleasant visit to the Wertingen salt cave. A mini golf course and pony rides complement the wide range of sports activities and events.

Turn right at the town entrance, then turn right onto the southern bypass.
At the Laugnastrasse/southern bypass roundabout
go straight ahead and then turn left at the next intersection into Donauwörtherstrasse. At the next traffic light intersection, turn left into Gottmannshofer Strasse and after about 300m, after the Esso gas station, turn right into the street "Am Bahnhof". After 200m the entrance to the parking space is on the right.
Coming from Binswangen (ST 2033):
At the entrance to Wertingen West, drive straight ahead, via the southern bypass road (ST 2033). At the Laugnastrasse/southern bypass roundabout, go straight ahead and then turn left at the next intersection into Donauwörtherstrasse. At the next traffic light intersection, turn left into Gottmannshofer Strasse. and after about 300m after the Esso gas station turn right into the street “Am Bahnhof”. After 200m the entrance to the parking space is on the right.

At the east entrance to the town, follow the signs straight ahead via the southern bypass road (ST 2033). At the next intersection turn right into Donauwörtherstrasse.
