Description RV park
The motorhome parking space is located on the Forchheim sports island directly on the Regnitz cycle path (Bamberg - Forchheim - Nuremberg). Access is also possible for long mobile vehicles via a bridge (max. 5.5 t). The 22 parking spaces are open all year round for self-catering purposes. The surface is level and paved with grass paving stones. The sanitary facilities are located right next door to the sports facility.
In the immediate vicinity there is a supermarket, restaurants, mini golf, skate park and other leisure activities. It is only a 10-minute walk to the historic old town via the pedestrian bridge. The most beautiful sights are the “Imperial Palace”, the parish church of St. Martin, “Little Venice” with its fish boxes and the fortress. Probably the “largest beer garden in the world” is located in the Kellerwald and can be reached on foot from the old town in 30 minutes.
