Our tent camp "Camp Hotzenplotz" is a wonderful place with almost 17,500 square meters of pure nature – perfect for adventure and relaxation amidst the beautiful nature of Schleswig-Holstein.
Located in the middle of the forest and directly on Lake Brahmsee, our site offers the ideal opportunity to escape from everyday life and enjoy the peace and beauty of the surroundings.
Our pitches for day campers are characterized by their rustic charm.
Here you can experience nature in its purest form – without any electricity, but with plenty of nature and fresh air.
Our sanitary facilities are available for the necessary supplies, including newly built separate toilets and outdoor showers, so that you feel completely at home.
In our small kiosk “Deichgraf” you can get drinks, sweets or hygiene products – perfect for a short break in between.
Whether you arrive by bus, car, bike or on foot, we look forward to your visit!
Simply contact us briefly and nothing will stand in the way of a relaxing day in a natural paradise. We look forward to seeing you!

Welcome to our camping meadow at Camp Hotzenplotz!
You'll be camping on a beautiful, quiet meadow directly adjacent to our Pfadie's/BIWAK campsite. Here, you'll find our composting toilets and outdoor showers for your comfort. There's also a practical cooking area with a fire where you can prepare meals together.
Just 150 meters down the forest path is our tent camp with additional restrooms, a kiosk, and a swimming area – perfect for an eventful day in nature.
We look forward to your visit and are happy to answer any questions you may have!

Take the A7 Bordesholm/Dätgen exit and drive towards Dätgen. Stay on the road and drive the entire way through. At the T-junction, turn right towards Langwedel. You're almost there now and drive over the A7 bridge. There's a solar farm on the left, and about 100 meters later, you'll see our entrance on the left.
