Description RV park
Our campsite and motorhome site (12 + 2) offers paid, signposted motorhome pitches on gravel and a paved main road located in the island triangle of Ems and Dortmund-Ems Canal. Our family-run campsite (different entrance) in its third generation joins us with approximately 40 additional pitches on grass and 2 on gravel. There is a swimming pool (outdoor pool) on the campsite, playgrounds also at the hotel, and a restaurant at the hotel. Fresh water and wastewater disposal are included in the price. Electricity is available for a fee. Our aim is to provide you with a wonderful holiday, and we work towards this every day. Our campsite is a recreation and leisure area for day campers, motorhome owners, permanent campers and families. Together we try to keep the campsite attractive and to continuously modernize and improve it. The area also includes a landing stage for canoes, boats, or ships.
There are snack vending machines to satisfy a small hunger or a quick thirst. For a touch of luxury, the "Ems Island" restaurant is located nearby at the hotel. Whether it's Sunday brunch, afternoon cake, or excellent cuisine for lunch or dinner, a variety of culinary delights are offered here.
The Emsland region, Lingen, Hanekenfähr, the Elberger Schlipse area and the campsite offer many leisure opportunities. Local staff are happy to help and have further information. Bicycles, e-bikes or children's bicycles can be rented on site, or you can use your own. Furthermore, one can enjoy excellent hiking through the region's natural landscapes. Explore the expansive Ems landscape by (e)bike or on foot and marvel at the fantastic nature along the Ems and the Dortmund-Ems Canal. Well-developed cycling and hiking trails invite you to take excursions around Hanekenfähr. Completely signposted cycle paths make a cyclist's heart beat faster. Anglers, too, can indulge their passion in detail after obtaining a license (at the hotel).
