Description RV park
Camping De Wedze is set in a characteristic landscape overlooking a 13th century church tower. The village of Twijsel is located in Friesland on the Leeuwarden-Groningen route and can be reached in 15 minutes from the A7 (Dragon).
Our mini campsite has been open since July 2015 and offers space for 25 pitches. The campsite is set up like a park in a rural setting. Our guests are mainly cyclists, hikers and those seeking peace and quiet.
The nights are still really dark here, so you can often see a beautiful starry sky. If you would like to sit together in colder or rainy weather, this is possible in our lounge. Here you will find chairs, a sofa, etc. that can be used by guests. There are books, magazines and games in the cupboard; but also many brochures, hiking and cycling routes.
