Description RV park

Camping Duinhorst is the perfect base for a great stay in the green surroundings of Wassenaar. Our campsite is visited by families with children up to 12 years, but also by seniors. Our campsite is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers.
The centre of The Hague is only 5 km from our campsite. The Hague is easy to reach by car, bicycle or public transport. The Hague has museums as well as a wide selection of shops, inviting restaurants and street cafes. The surrounding cities of Delft, Leiden, Haarlem, Rotterdam and Amsterdam have a variety of (cultural) excursion options to offer. Just 4 km away is the most popular seaside resort in the Netherlands: Scheveningen. Here you can spend a day at the beach and enjoy the boulevard with its sociable beach pavilions. An annual event in Scheveningen is the fireworks festival. Would you rather relax on a quieter beach? Then we can recommend Wassenaarse Slag. In the immediate vicinity of the campsite you will find Madurodam, Duinrell amusement park, Mauritshuis, Binnenhof, “The Mall of the Netherlands” and the shopping center of The Hague.

    By car:
    The campsite can only be reached by car via the Duindigt/Duinhorst exit on the N14/N440 from The Hague/Scheveningen.

    Public transport:
    At The Hague Central Station, take bus number 43 towards Leiden or bus number 44 towards Duinrell/Wassenaar and get off at the Wittenburgerweg (Wassenaar) stop. Walk in the opposite direction of the bus to the intersection. Cross the paved road, turn onto Zijdeweg, and follow it (towards Scheveningen) to the T-junction (Zijdeweg runs parallel to Landscheidingsweg). Turn left onto Buurtweg and through the underpass onto Landscheidingsweg. After approximately 100 meters, you will see the campsite entrance (Buurtweg 135) on the left.

    It is about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop.
