Description RV park
El Contador campsite is located at an altitude of 1200 metres, on the southern slope of the island.
The surrounding area is made up of a dense Canarian pine forest mixed with other shrubs such as the dwarf broom, the gland broom and the white rockrose. As for the fauna, the area is home to Teide finches, great spotted woodpeckers, beetles, butterflies, etc.
Near the leisure area you can still see the old farmhouses of El Contador, built in the traditional Canarian style. They are surrounded by abandoned terraced cultivations that have been covered by vegetation over time.
Access is only by paved roads.
Next to the campsite is the leisure area, which offers several services.
