Description RV park
La Tahona campsite is located on the northern slope of Tenerife, at an altitude of 1100 metres. This location means that it is a humid area.
This dense, shady forest, made up of Canary Island pines, mixes with plant species typical of the evergreen Canary Island deciduous forest, such as bog oak, tree heather and Canary Island holly. In the more open areas, shrubs and herbs with colourful flowers grow, such as St John's wort or rockrose. As for the fauna, the area is mainly home to finches, chiffchaffs and blue tits.
Access is via a dirt forest track.
There are signposted routes where you can start or end your excursions by bike, horseback or by car.
Next to the campsite is the leisure area, which offers several services.
