Enjoy the beautiful view of the Flensburg Fjord from the campsite, experience a South Jutland coffee table after a walk along the Gendarmenpfad (Gendarmes' Path), and take a short trip across the border.
Close to the fjord and the border
Just a few kilometers from our large southern neighbor, a varied holiday awaits you with countless exciting experiences on both the Danish and German sides of the border. Many pitches offer a view of the Flensburg Fjord, which invites you to relax and enjoy.
Activities for children
The campsite offers great play opportunities for the little ones. They can romp around on the cozy playground or jump on the bouncy cushions. If you're more into games and competition, you can play a game of chess or table tennis.
A hike on the Gendarmenpfad
Lace up your hiking boots, pack a lunch, and set off on a hike along the historic Gendarme Path, which winds its 84 kilometers along the fjord from Padborg to Høruphav on Als, passing right by the campsite.
Sønderjysk kaffebord and Dybbøl Mølle
If you love cake, you should stop by Gråsten Castle. The famous Sønderjysk kaffebord is served there in Den Gamle Kro. You are also close to the Dybbøl Banke History Centre, where you can experience soldiers and take guided tours during the season. Here you can take a walk around the ten redoubts amidst memories of the wars of 1848 and 1864.
Trip to Flensburg and Als
The Universe science adventure park on Als is less than an hour away and offers experiences for a whole day. Don't forget to visit Sonderburg and explore the city's cozy streets, shops, and cafes. Flensburg is less than 30 minutes from the campsite. Here, too, you can easily spend a day strolling through the cozy town and exploring Schleswig with Glücksburg Castle, Gottorp Castle, the Haithabu Viking Museum, and the Dannewerk River.
