Peace and space in the Westerkwartier, Groningen. 12 spacious paved parking spaces. There are many opportunities for cycling and hiking in the surrounding area.
The parking space is located in the Westerkwartier in the southwest of the province of Groningen. The area is characterized by a large, contiguous nature reserve with diverse flora and fauna. The southern part of the Westerkwartier is known for its diverse cycling and hiking trails, activities and its rich cultural history. There is something for everyone here: sports and relaxation, art and culture, food and drink, and a lively atmosphere. In the town centre of Grootegast you will find charming shops and excellent opportunities to do your daily shopping and enjoy a snack or a drink. For a delicious cup of coffee, visit Bakkerij Hamersma or Grand Eetcafé de Klap, where you can also enjoy delicious food. A market takes place every Friday morning in the Marktplein. The De Woldzoom outdoor swimming pool is easily accessible by bicycle. There are several geocaches near our campsite, making De Kleine Molenpolder an ideal starting point for geocaching.
