300 meters from Chemnitz main station there are three parking spaces for mobile homes on the site of the listed former rectangular locomotive shed.
Construction work is currently being carried out on the site, which is why no services can officially be offered, although construction water, construction electricity, dry toilets and some bicycles are available.
Decent showers and toilets can be used in the city pool (1.4 km away).

From the center, drive out of town on the "Straße der Nationen". Then turn right into Zöllnerstrasse. From there, after about 100 meters, you have to turn left into Lerchenstrasse (the road does not allow you to do anything else). The rectangular engine shed is on the right-hand side of the street. After the shed, there is an old house (built in 1840) and the driveway is directly behind the house on the right-hand side. The house number 2 is on the house - although the sign is very small - as well as on the entrance gate.
