No matter whether you are looking for a quiet and safe place to stay overnight when traveling, whether you are hiking, cycling or for rural relaxation in the Vulkaneifel. You will find an attractive place to stay overnight on our 200 sqm gravelled private parking space with electricity connection and the possibility of drinking water.
With a view of the Carolingian Bertrada Castle (supposedly the residence of Charlemagne's mother), forested mountains and varied river valleys, motorhome enthusiasts make their quiet private parking space available to you for short stays.
There is a bakery in town with breakfast options (5 minutes). Attractive starting point for hiking routes, including the Bertrada circuit (13 km), MtB tours or biking on the Kylltal cycle path. Unfortunately, the rail connection, attractive for return journeys from longer cycling or hiking tours, is due to flood damage. not usable as of July 15, 2021.
