The modern motorhome parking lot on a well-paved and wind-protected area between the double lock and directly behind the Weser dike not only attracts with its maritime environment, but also with very practical advantages: the pier for the Weser ferry to Nordenham is very close, and It's not far to the new tourism resort "Havenwelten Bremerhaven" or to the "Shop Window Fishing Port". The area, which is designed for 63 motorhomes, also impresses with its spacious parceling and the fact that the ground is secured all year round - good conditions for a longer stay in the seaside town of Bremerhaven.
The parking space at the double lock hugs the dike so that the occasionally stormy westerly wind blows over the space. In addition, Northern Lights have thought of everything that motorhome enthusiasts value: wide and well-paved roads, clearly marked and almost flat plots for 63 vehicles.
How well the parking space is received in the mobile scene is demonstrated by the fact that its capacity is often not sufficient in the warm season. The Bremerhaven tourism experts have made a virtue of this necessity and opened a second motorhome parking lot in the fishing port, which has similar technical equipment.

Ist das Klimahaus fußläufig zu erreichen und wenn ja, wie viel Zeit muss man einplanen? Bei einer WoMo Anreise bis 12 Uhr ist dann noch ein Platz frei? Danke

Vom Stellplatz bis zum Klimahaus sind es ca. 20 Min zu Fuß. Vormittags ist es am besten einen Platz zubekommen, in der Regel füllt sich der Platz gegen Nachmittag, was aber auch Saisonabhängig ist.
