Description of the environment:
The town of Fell has 2,500 inhabitants and is located in a beautiful side valley of the Moselle. At the local winegrowers and restaurants you will be treated to very good wines from the Fellertal and excellent Moselle-Franconian cuisine.
The parking space is located directly on the premium hiking trail “Traumschleife Mosel” and invites you to hike in the beautiful landscape. The Fell visitor mine, just 500 meters away, is particularly worthwhile. Here you can dive into the underworld and explore the slate mining and the world of bats on a one-hour guided tour www.bergwerk-fell.de. If you are a cyclist or mountain biker, you will also get your money's worth here. The parking space is connected to the Fellertal, Moseltal, Saartal, Ruwertal, Sauertal and Kylltal cycle path network. We also recommend that you visit the oldest city in Germany - Trier. Here you can hike in the footsteps of the Romans or simply stroll through the old town or stroll along the banks of the Moselle.
