Description RV park
Welcome to our campsite at Birkensee. We are a former farm and are situated in an idyllic, secluded location near the Birkensee nature reserve, about 4 km from Schneverdingen.
If you are looking for peace and relaxation and want to escape the hustle and bustle of a campsite, then you have come to the right place. The pitches are located on a spacious meadow on the farm. Here you can enjoy nature. For our younger guests, we have a playground with a sandpit and other play equipment that provides fun and variety.
Electricity, Wi-Fi and fresh water are available. Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a leash due to the proximity to the nature reserve. For breakfast you can buy honey directly from our farm/beekeeper.
Disposal of grey water and toilet cassettes is possible nearby. Please feel free to contact us.
By bike, you can explore the Pietzmoor and the heathlands of the Lüneburg Heath around Schneverdingen in no time, or set off on a longer tour along the Spitzbubenweg towards Wilseder Berg or Tütsberg. There are many well-developed cycle paths in the region and the flat landscape allows for relaxed cycling without steep mountains. During the summer months, the Heath Shuttle allows you to explore longer distances. If you have any questions, we will be happy to help you with your planning.
