Description RV park
On the grounds opposite the Rißcenter there are 19 pitches available for motorhomes, which can be used without prior reservation. The parking spaces are also suitable for extra-long motorhomes. In autumn 2023, a new supply and disposal system was installed, which makes it possible to use the parking space all year round. An overnight stay costs 9 euros (including 7% VAT). Water and waste disposal are included in the price; electricity costs 1 euro per kWh.
The motorhome site, located directly on the river "Riß", scores particularly well with its good location. In just a few minutes you can reach the train station, shopping facilities and the historic old town with its numerous attractions. Discover the various restaurants and cafes, stroll leisurely through one of the most beautiful market squares in Baden-Württemberg and through the former weavers' quarter with its renovated half-timbered houses. Visit the baroque St. Martin's Simultaneum Church and the important multi-disciplinary museum with changing exhibitions.
In the immediate vicinity of the parking area is also the Rißinsel, which has a playground, football pitch and barbecue area. Due to its location on the Danube-Lake Constance cycle path, the campsite is an ideal starting point for excursions in the surrounding area. The indoor swimming pool is one kilometer away, a natural bathing lake and the Jordanbad thermal baths are three kilometers away. Further information and brochures are available on site at the parking area as well as at the tourist information office in the town hall, Matthias-Erzberger-Platz 1.
