It is located at 1,700 metres altitude on a platform of the central peak, surrounded by pine forests and with spectacular views of Roque Nublo, Bentayga and the Tejeda Basin, Llanos de Acusa and the Tamadaba massif.

    Directions

    The journey from Tejeda takes around 20 minutes for the 12km. In Tejeda, take the GC-60 north to the end of the GC-60 and then continue on the GC-15 to the junction with the GC-150. Continue on the GC-150 to the junction for Corral de los juncos and then follow this to the campsite. The access is on a paved road except for the last few metres and is easy for larger motorhomes.
